Hmmm, got busted the other day by a really smart girl - or I was just to dumb and inexperienced at using conversational hypnosis to be effective with her.
It started in a bar (always does with me - I still need some Dutch courage to get going!). I was with some work colleagues having a post work drink and one of our group had invited a friend that happened to be Polish.
I did the usual introduction thing and started playing the high status thing and I thought that she was beginning to take the bait...
After half an hour or so I felt it was time to move in so I slipped myself between my colleague and Anna (the polish girl - who was absolutely stunning by the way).
I immediately started telling mind control some stories which included plenty of rapport hooks and she was making all the right noises - asking questions, smiling and all the rest of it.
This is where it got interesting...
I decided to go for her telephone number as a tester and she got really defensive. I was a bit shocked - maybe they don't move so quick in Poland - so I drew back a little.
It got worse...
She continued to listen to me for a about 5 minutes longer then picked up her stuff and moved over to her friends on the other side of the table.
Failure?
Next day my colleague (Anna's friend) came up to me laughing. It seemed that Anna found me attractive and quite entertaining until she noticed something.
Apparently my body language matching and mirroring was so poor that she had sussed me out! In my stupidity I had forgotten to ask what she did for a living.
Guess what...
She is a sales trainer and had clicked on to my technique!
There are two important things to note here though.
1. She had been under my spell to start with so all of the conversational hypnosis mind control tricks I have learned so far had worked - no doubt about it.
2. But be very careful with some of the more common tricks - matching and mirroring is commonly taught in sales training and you will look an ass when you get caught.
There is some good mind control techniques here - for building high status instantly.
I also want to introduce you to the underground hypnosis course too, it is similar to the conversational hypnosis course and is a bit cheaper ;)

Best keep your eye on what you are doing in future. I work in the city and there are a lot of smart people in sales that know all about these tyoes of tricks!
